A small, dedicated team handles survey, waterproofing, tiling and customer care in-house. The same standards apply on every job regardless of who is on site that day, because the specification is written down rather than left to memory.
Four roles, one specification
Every wet room passes through the same four stages, and each has a clear owner.
Survey & Design
Assesses the floor structure, soil stack route and room layout before anything is priced, and agrees the drain type, fall direction and fittings with you in writing.
Waterproofing & Tanking
Applies the primer, reinforced junctions and bonded membrane to the specification set out on our tanking page, and flood-tests every floor before tiling.
Tiling & Finishing
Lays falls and tiles to the drain, cuts and seals every junction, and fits screens, rails and brassware to the agreed specification.
Customer Care & Scheduling
Arranges your survey, confirms the start date, and is your point of contact for any question during the job.
Our standards for every fitter
- A recognised trade qualification in tiling, waterproofing or a related wet trade.
- Manufacturer training on the specific tanking system used on the job, not a generic 'waterproofing' label.
- Current public liability insurance held before any fitter works in your home.
- Every job flood-tested before tiling and signed off against our own written checklist, not left to individual judgement.
