We survey before we price
No quotes from a photograph and a room size. What is under the floor decides the price, so we look at it first.
One tanking system, used as designed
Primer, tape, corners and membrane from the same manufacturer. Mixing brands voids the warranty and creates the junctions that fail.
Flood-tested before tiling
Every floor is water-tested while a defect is still an hour's work rather than a neighbour's ceiling.

Why we specialise
Most bathroom leaks we are called out to inspect are not plumbing failures. They are waterproofing failures — a membrane taken across the shower zone but not the floor, a drain flange sealed with silicone instead of bonded into the system, a junction taped with the wrong product. All of them were invisible on handover day and all of them were expensive eighteen months later.
Glasgow's housing stock raises the stakes. A large share of the city lives in tenement flats above another household, on suspended timber floors that move. Building a level-access shower into that structure is a genuinely technical job, and it is the job we chose to do properly rather than occasionally.
